1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using tourearn.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. tourearn.com reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use tourearn.com. Each user is allowed one account, and you may not transfer your account to another person.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create on tourearn.com. By publishing content, you grant tourearn.com a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or contain harmful material.
4. Affiliate Links
tourearn.com provides tools for managing affiliate links in your blog posts. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding affiliate marketing, including FTC disclosure requirements in the United States and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions. All affiliate relationships must be clearly disclosed to your readers.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
tourearn.com offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro subscriptions are processed through Gumroad, a third-party payment platform. Billing, refunds, and chargebacks are handled according to Gumroad's terms and policies. If a refund or chargeback is processed, your account will be automatically downgraded to the free plan. tourearn.com does not store credit card information directly.
6. AI Features
tourearn.com provides optional AI-powered writing tools using Google Gemini. When you use these features, your post content may be sent to Google for processing, subject to Google's terms and privacy policy. Free users receive 5 AI requests per month, and Pro users receive 200 per month. Users may provide their own API key (BYOK), in which case usage limits are determined by Google. You are responsible for the content generated by AI and for reviewing it before publishing.
7. Plan Limits
Free plan users may publish up to 10 posts per month and connect one affiliate program. Pro plan users have unlimited posts and access to all affiliate programs. tourearn.com reserves the right to adjust plan limits with reasonable notice.
8. Subdomain Usage
Free users receive a subdomain at username.tourearn.com. tourearn.com reserves the right to reclaim inactive subdomains after 12 months of inactivity. Subdomain names must not impersonate other brands, individuals, or organizations. Pro users may connect custom domains subject to additional terms.
9. Copyright and DMCA
tourearn.com respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at hello@tourearn.com with a description of the copyrighted work, the URL of the infringing content, and your contact information. We will review and respond to valid copyright complaints in accordance with applicable law.
10. Termination
tourearn.com may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the platform for illegal purposes. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your subdomain and published content will be removed within 30 days.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
tourearn.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or traffic resulting from the use of our platform.
